On softness, strength and the freedom to be both.

People see strength.

Confidence.
Energy.
A woman who knows what she's doing.

They're not wrong.

But it's not the whole story.

I learned early that life doesn't always feel safe.

Perhaps that's why I became someone who moves.

Works. Builds. Takes risks. Finds a way forward.

Not because it was always easy.

Because standing still was never really an option.

What people don't see.

There are years that don't show on the surface.

A business under pressure.

A changing market.

A divorce.

Rebuilding.

Holding things together — for myself and for my daughters.

And still, I kept moving.

Not perfectly.

But forward.

Strength wasn't the whole story.

There was another side too.

The one that doubts.

That searches.

That doesn't always know.

For a long time, I kept that part hidden.

I don't anymore.

Building differently.

Today, I'm still driven.

Still ambitious.

But I lead differently.

At Billycom, what matters isn't only what we create.

It's how we show up.

With attention.

With respect.

With clarity.

For me, building something real has never been only about business.

Strong and soft.

I no longer feel the need to choose.

Between confidence and doubt.

Strength and vulnerability.

Ambition and softness.

There is room for all of it.

And perhaps that is what becoming more yourself looks like.

Not adding more.

No longer hiding what was already there.

“I don't need to be perfect.

I choose to be real.”

Stylish. Natural. Exactly as I am.
